Sell your scrap and trim foam
If you are paying a hauler to take away trim and offcuts, you are paying to discard a raw material. Rebond manufacturers want it — 94 loads a year from 9 fabricators across 10 states.
Tell us what you have
A trader reviews it and comes back to you.
A trader reads this, not an autoresponder. Commercial terms are confirmed in writing after review.
Foam we buy
Flexible polyurethane from fabrication. The rebond carpet-cushion market runs on exactly this material.
Why suppliers stay with us
You get a trader, not a portal
One person who knows your material, your plant and what you shipped last month. No bidding platform, no ticket queue, no re-explaining your spec every time.
Freight is our problem, not yours
We arrange the truck in-house and quote it per move. You are not chasing carriers or eating a deadhead because a load ran late.
We have been doing this since 2011
Over 510,000 tons moved. The relationships that place your material took fifteen years to build and they are the reason a load finds a home in a soft market.
We buy loads that are already built
You bale it, we move it. We are not asking you to change your process, sort differently, or hold material while we find someone.
How it works
Four steps. No portal, no bidding platform, no ticket queue.
Tell us what you have
Grade, rough volume, location. Photos help but are not required.
A trader reviews it
A person looks at it and tells you honestly whether it moves and where.
We confirm in writing
Commercial terms are put in writing before anything ships.
We handle the freight
Truck is arranged in-house and quoted per move.
What people usually ask first
Almost nobody’s is. Grade is a spectrum, not a pass/fail — send photos and we will tell you which grade it lands in and whether it moves, rather than quoting you for material you do not actually have.
Most of our suppliers did. Being the second call costs you nothing — when your usual outlet is full, on downtime, or quiet on a grade, having somewhere else to put a load is the whole point.
If you build full truckloads, you are the right size. We work with county programs and single-plant operators alongside national haulers.
Terms are agreed in writing before material moves, and we carry trade credit insurance on our receivables. Ask and we will walk you through exactly how a load settles.
Questions we get asked
Do you buy spray foam?
No. We buy post-industrial flexible foam — trim and offcuts from fabrication. Spray polyurethane insulation is a different material and a different industry and we do not handle it.
What do buyers actually specify?
Density and cleanliness drive it. Buyers typically want a consistent average density with no metal, no trash or wood, no fiber, and a low proportion of skins. Tell us your density and volume and we will tell you if it fits.
Does it need to be sorted by color?
Usually not for rebond, which is where most of this goes. Mixed color is normal and is what the market is built around.
We only generate a few loads a month. Enough?
Yes. Consistent monthly volume is exactly what the rebond market wants — it is a steady-feedstock business, not a spot business.
We currently pay to dispose of this. Really?
Very common. Trim is a manufacturing by-product, not waste, and there is an established market for it. Worth one call before the next container goes out.
Do you handle the freight?
Yes, arranged in-house and quoted per move.
