About US

A brokerage with a unique focus: Changing the way our industry works.

Our Story

  • Big Ideas,
    Big Impact

BlackBridge Recycling was founded by Jason Stephens and Vincent Fabrico, two college friends who met in 2001 at Quinnipiac University. After several years in corporate America, they realized it was time to turn their big ideas into reality.

  • A Vision for Change

In 2011, Jason and Vincent identified untapped opportunities in the recycling industry. They envisioned a recycling brokerage that prioritized transparency, trust, and innovation—leveraging technology to provide smarter solutions.

  • The $500 Story

On January 6, 2011, Jason and Vincent each invested $500 to launch BlackBridge Investments. What began as a two-man operation quickly grew into a trusted partner, serving some of the largest companies across North America.

  • Driving Growth
    Through Relationships

BlackBridge has built its reputation on reliability and trust, developing lasting relationships with suppliers and end users to provide consistent, high-quality service across plastics, paper, metals, and foam.

  • Staying True to
    Our Roots

Despite significant growth, we've remained committed to our core values of transparency, reliability, and world-class customer service. We believe the best results come from strong relationships and a focus on exceptional support.

  • Your Partner in
    Recycling Innovation

At BlackBridge, we're more than just a brokerage. We partner with you to navigate recycling challenges through data-driven insights, innovative solutions, and a commitment to ethical practices. Our goal is simple: helping your business grow and succeed.
